    1. Depends on the type, you’ll want to make sure you get one of their versions that has a built in mic. Take a look at some of our stuff if you haven’t seen it yet. Our Bluetooth headsets are designed with truckers in mind — with a focus on battery life, comfort, and noise-cancellation being the top three “most wanted” features that went into our Elite series design.

  1. Blue Parraot makes a solid headset, but I have found you largely get what you pay for. Blue Tiger makes a great one called The Elite. It’s a little more expensive, but from my experience worth every penny. Better sound quality, an adjustable headband, etc. Check it out guys! THanks for the reviews.

    1. I have the elite, and spoken with anyone else i have run across with the blue tiger headset, but I’ve found that most owners aren’t so happy with them. My elite changes in volume randomly, from barely being able to hear the person im talking to, and the next second its blasting in my ear and i hear everything they’re doing, same for the caller, they complain about hearing all the background noise all of a sudden, and the volume just increasing and decreasing randomly. Never had that issue with my blue parrot, which is what I went back to, started with the 250 and after getting the blue tiger went with the 350. maybe just luck of the draw, but after my experience and hearing others I’ve met in person I’ll stick with my blue parrot.

  2. These are great blue tooth headsets for the budget minded, There are better quality trucker headsets out there but are much more expensive. These are better than the budget ones at the truck stops.

  3. Hey, these are what I use, have never had any problems with the headset. I have had mine over a year and drive coast to coast.

  4. I have been using the BlueParrott B250-XT Bluetooth Headset for around three years now. I am on my second set now. They are very durable. Mine get slammed up in the windshield when I am done with a call. I ride with my window down a bit as I am a smoker. The other truck drivers I talk to never hear any background wind.

    1. I am very rough with my equipment too. I need durable electronics that last, sometimes I by accident step on things, drop things. I know you can get more expensive headsets that might be even rated better, but what good are they if they are too delicate to be in a truck and take the abuse I give, thanks for the response.
